Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We aim to offer reliable and affordable delivery options across Lebanon.

• Local Delivery (Beirut & surrounding areas): Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days.

• Rest of Lebanon: Estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days, depending on location.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping, but we’re working on expanding soon!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email (if available) so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
